Mike Li graduated from McGill University in 2005 with a major in Accounting. He obtained his CPA designation in 2010 and subsequently completed an in-depth taxation program, becoming a full-time tax specialist.
Mike's expertise lies in tax planning, succession planning, and restructuring privately owned corporations to minimize taxation for businesses and their owner-operators.
Before founding Xponents CPA in 2024, Mike gained extensive experience working at Deloitte, BDO, and other regional firms. His dedication to providing strategic tax solutions has made him a trusted advisor in the industry.
